Hi I'm Maddie...

Gym lover, injury collector, and someone who’s developed a huge appreciation for what it takes to perform and feel your best.

After experiencing my fair share of setbacks, I’ve become passionate about movement, rehab, and helping others optimise their health.

I’m currently completing my MSc in Physiotherapy (Pre-Registration) while also trying to build something of my own — exciting, slightly chaotic, but worth it.
