Specific soft tissue treatment to support recovery from diagnosed injuries, ongoing pain or rehabilitation needs.

+ Needling Add-On (Trigger Point Support)

Where appropriate, targeted dry needling techniques may be incorporated alongside sports massage to support management of myofascial trigger points, muscular tension and movement restriction.

Available following assessment and discussion during treatment as not all symptoms or conditions are suitable for needling (not available with our mobile service)

Please Note: dry needling is a clinic based service only due to health & safety requirements.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology taping may be applied alongside treatment where appropriate to support movement, symptom management and return to activity.

Available as an add-on to sports massage and Western medical acupuncture following assessment as well as a stand alone appointment.
